Here we will show a few applications where we used the Scratch Stress Analyzer module.
DLC coating
In this example a 2 µm thick DLC coating on a steel substrate was analyzed in collaboration with CSM Instruments SA, which is now a part of the Anton Paar group.
TiN coating
Here we analyzed a 3 µm thick TiN coating on a steel substrate in collaboration with TRIBOtechnic .
Paint coating
In collaboration with the PANADUR GmbH we analyzed a 300 µm thick paint (PANADUR®) coating on a steel substrate.
