Hard coating on silicon substrate
In this example a 790 nm thick coating on a silicon substrate was analyzed in collaboration with

we analyzed a 1.1 µm thick coating on a silicon substrate. Because the data was exported in the fdop format , the software can do the complete evaluation fully automatical without any user interaction.
